Summary:
We
seek a highly motivated and experienced Residential Mortgage Loan
Officer (RMLO) to join our team. The RMLO will be responsible for originating
and closing residential mortgage loans, providing excellent customer service,
and maintaining strong client relationships. The RMLO will work with loan
applicants to gather necessary documentation and information and guide them through the pre-qualification process to closing.
Responsibilities:

Originate and close residential mortgage loans.
·
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and
referral sources.
·
Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and
loan processors.
·
Gather necessary documentation and information from loan
applicants.
·
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive
experience for clients.
·
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and guidelines.
·
Meet or exceed established loan production goals.
Requirements:
·
Active NMLS license.
·
Proven track record of residential mortgage loan origination.
·
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
·
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
·
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·
Strong computer skills, including experience with loan
origination software.
·
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Compensation
and Benefits:
·
Competitive compensation structure with a 2.375% rate.
·
$1500 compliance fee for each loan closed covers all
costs associated with licensing, regulatory compliance, and other required
expenses.
